There is nothing to apply for! Trade Manager is a piece of software you can download and install yourself. It's really simple.

At the top of each page - roughly in the center - you'll find the words "Trade Manager". Click on them. and a page will show up. There you'll see the huge "Download" button. Click on it and follow the instruction.

You have to have Windows though. Currently they don't have a version for Mac.
