I just wanted to post an article about a company that I have dealt with that I found through alibaba.com www.fallinbrand.com is the name, the contact person is Sophia. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. After many many emails and comparing it to a real IPOD she sends me fake ipods, all 7 of them that look completely different and in chinese language. I know I didn't lose much money but its the principle. How do these chinese manufacturers get away with counterfeiting Apple Ipods? And then have the nerve to say after when you complain about them,we have a lot of people who buy these and resell them. How can people be so ridiculous as to resell these fake ipods. What has this world come to? No morals, no guilt, no shame, all about the bottom line, but I have to believe in Karma and what goes around or comes around. Has anyone deal with this type of situation and reported it to Apple? Please feel free to post your story. Thanks for reading.

Replying to [matrixx610]: Copyright and trademarks are generally not respected so much in China as in other countries. Personally I would not consider buying brand name products from China.

Replying to [maxsteam]: Thanks for the reply and the advice. I guess you look at all those Powersellers on eBay or other e-commerce stores and you wonder how they get their products or where to be able to work from home and resell items. That's my biggest goal to be able to get into the business world and no longer work for a huge corporation no 9-5. I guess that's everyone's dream but I wonder how some people do it and others like me after numerous attempt get nowhere LOL

Hello stranger,

I am so glad I read your post just now. I have been speaking with fallinbrands people and actually yes, Sophia was one of the people I was speaking with, and was about to order a large amount of clothing from them. They though said their clothing were "authentic". I'm sorry you had to experience this first hand to figure this company out.

I think you should actually report this to Apple, although I'm sure Apple already know these type of organizations/companies exist.

Keep up the good work warning others.

Replying to [matrixx610]:Actually your wrong about this fake, lots of people buy this and they know it was copy, they sell them as an MP4 player but not iPod. The price was really cheap compare to iPods, though i'm Apple Fanboy, you cant do anything about this, right now people want to buy item with same use but cheaper price. Some companies are using their name to gain big profit, but actually the manufactured price would just cost them like even 1/3 of the price or 1/4. Of course we know they spend for advertising, packaging and others. But sometimes it was their own fault, big companies have their product manufactured in china, because of low cost on manpower instead on their own country. They are doing this to maximize their profit. Thats why China can easily ripped off their product. I have tried some copies and I say some of them is same quality as the real ones but not the iPod of course.

I too have order an apple ipod nano 3rd generation from two companies in Fujian, China thu an salesperson name blues and james their online msn id are bestgobalsaler@hotmail.com and blues-2008@hotmail.com. The money gram name that they use are FUKUN SHEN and JIANMING LIN. They both use EMS for shipping. These brothers are spamming poeple. The item I have gotten was a wrong one it was 2nd generation and they are copies. The company refused to give me the money back and in fact they want me to order 5 more and give me 1 for free. I told them to set up a pick up and I will give them back the product and I want my money back and they want me to pay for the shipping cost. I don't think this is a honest company please check on this company.

Thank you

either bogus or fake, but worse, most in Putian city ask for advance payment and then as

soon as they receive the money then suddenly their phone numbers change, their titles and

positions change even the website they were doing business with change. Yet, some of these

so called traders are listed with Alibaba as not just gold member but as Trustpass member.

I am not sure where the reputation of Alibaba goes into picture from this. I have recently

been scammed by and taken my money and no goods were shipped. I like everyone to know and

be careful when they do business with this particular group. The tarders name is:

Huayi Trading Firm
website on alibaba = http://sportshoescn.en.alibaba.com/

The individual scammers involved in this trading firm are

Mr. Chunhua Ou
Mr. Jianxing Zhu
Mr. Derong Chen
Mr. Hexing Huayi
Mr. Hongguang Huo

and others. This trading firm (and the same people) also do business with other names such

as:

www.Shoeskycn.com
www.Sportshoecn.com
www.Moboem.com

and so on.

Please look for these individials' names and those websites and firms when doing business

with them. This is simply a group of thugs and criminals that will take your money and may

not ship any goods or inferior or fake goods to you as they did to me.

I have written to Alibaba a few times. I am yet to hear from them.

Next time, whatever products you purchase, you' d better order a sample to have a check first to make sure that it' s good, which is very important and you won' t take any risk.[em19]

Hi Matrixx, I done the same thing last year... ad even verified exact model numbers of apple ipods as original. When I received  surprise,,,, Click wheel NO... software complete

mess and not apple....

I was stuck, I sold and did not advertise as apple. I advertised the legal way, and in no way I implied they were apple I can say at least I done that. Although I sold all very cheap. Guess what....... I had to give refunds on every single one, because most could not figure out software,,,,, including me..... memory completely wrong....

what nightmare.... I   Learned to buy iPods from USA legit suppliers only... no such thing

as original ipods cheap unles shelf pulls or returns.... A lesson learned.....

Respectfully,

Kimberly   USA
