Most buyers ask for a free samples from every new vendor. They decline to pay for cost  of samples or even shipping costs. How can a vendor supply free samples and that too via courier to every new buyer.

What can be the best policy for both..buyer & the vendor?

If the buyer is genuine and want to really establish long term business relationship he would not hesitate to pay the shipping charges after all the vendor is submitting samples free of cost as he has the desire to entertain new buyers.

From our business experience and our mind, the best policy is that sellers provide free smaples and the buyer bear the shpping cost. Because when all parties (both seller and buyer) bear expenses for a sample, partly proving that the seller and the buyer are genuinely aware of  fair and mutual benefit and have trading capacity for a long term biz relationship. [em17]      - Vietcraftstyles.com-

Make sure that buyer knows details about products and this is what they want regarding technicial details , dimensions etc. If samples are big value, so charge sample fees, if not,sample are free, but courier fee must be due on buyer's part, if buy doesnt want to pay, hmm,,, i would tell him, give me reason for me to invest only on my own, if u can persuade me into doing so, of course, telling me he would throw me big big order is lie to me,  is not that easy international sales.

Buyers please endeavor to pay the cost of freight, after all you asked for the product. \while the seller should gladly give sample free mind you, you are also looking for buyers[em17]
