What can be the best payment term for new buyer especially when you know, many vendors are in line to offer best what they can to attract a buyer.

Use www.escrow.com - they serve as a mediator, but you do not have to divulge bank information to new buyers until you feel comfortable.
I limit doing business in South Africa. If it sounds too good to be true, it normally is.
Get trade references if you can and a BIC number or Tax ID # and verify.

I think C.A.D is best term for new buyers.If you want safe yourself.You can get 20 or 30 % advance.
