i paid for a sample in november 2006, it was a plasma tv, it came to me few weeks later in december, it was broken, and came from china and was delivered by dhl, i contacted the company,they told me to contact dhl, so i did, dhl claim they sent a damage report to china dhl, but a heard nothing, seems like the shipper hasnt heard from dhl in china, so since today ive got a broken plasma sample and none of my money back, what can i do? it is a well known company, and im stuck at what to do.

It's a pitty to hearing this . If the value of your items are expensive when are sending out the parcel. Why not buying insurance.
you should giving them evidence to claim with DHL.

Replying to [2Pac]: Stella was right in her question. Things get broken in transit all the time. But, then you must weigh the cost of replacement and loss against placing insurance on the item. Your item was a high dollar item and should have been insured. You need to re submit to DHL global to get a response.
