Does any one really buy anything on this website, and if you do and located in USA, how did you buy anything for the first time and didn't get scammed out of money, so far i only see scams.

How do you think people go about not getting scammed?
1. Verify your trade partner.
2. Know your product so you can ask intelligent questions
3. Have a pre-shipment inspection done by a bonded service
4. If you cant afford step 3 negotiate payment via Escrow.com
Its really easy, a little common sense and a little knowledge.
