i placed an order with lim jim of miland industry co. in indonesia and never received any information since i sent the money can you help me to get the product or my money back at list i wish you had a black list of the companies who dont respect their engagement with the customer i did trust them but now i will not trust any of your companies in alibaba web site

Give a complaint to the Director General of Police, The Hon.Prime minister , Hon.Minister of Foriegn trade and Chamber of commerce, in Indonesia.Atleast you will get some respone.
(NOTE:- When you do business you should take a Credibilty report about your supplier thro your bank. and previous experience/reference from the other customers of your supplier.Its your fault that you are notcautious.be carefull when you do the next business.)

2. Know your product so you can ask intelligent questions
3. Have a pre-shipment inspection done by a bonded service
4. If you cant afford step 3 negotiate payment via Escrow.com

Replying to [mgb21]: I am curious if you read any of the posts on this forum BEFORE you sent $ ?? I am presuming you didnt because if you did you would have found that Indonesia is highly rated on the fraud meter . You fell into the greed trap and without due diligence proceeded to act leading to these reuslts. Your $ is gone forever and all you can do is learn from it. I suggest you LEARN more about what you are doing before you send another dime to anyone!
