When the price and the quality are so similar between each factory,the credit become the most important thing. isn't it?

sure you dont mean the way they take payments.
buyers should take all facts about a supplier before they order, but the smaller buyer would go for price and later maybe get problems, and the market for these products would fall due to the fact that buyers have imported rubbish and put a cap on the sales.
