The shipping company or the seller of the product or the buyer and if the product spoiled because of setting the temperature wrongly.who is responsible?

Replying to [darkfox133]: If we are talking about Marine carriage it is the responsibility for the exporter to set the internal temperature but upon crossing the ships rail that is the reponsibility of the carrier to maintain till unloading of the container at the port of delivery.
