Hi Mirna,
There is no general rule for that. It all depends very much on the specific kind you are interested in, and many can't even be cultivated in some kind of "farm" as people haven't figured out yet what exactly the mushroom of your interest requires (lighting, temperature, humidity, etc.).
The best approach for solving the technical part might be looking for the species that seem to be the most promising economically, and then do a web search with their name as a keyword. There are quite a few professional suppliers for spores, etc., and some will even give you all the counseling you need.
By the way, shiitake seems to be pretty much appreciated in Asia, and it can be cultivated relatively easily in a controlled environment. On the opposite side there is one with the scientifical name of "cordyceps", which requires a lot of equipment and dedication. Though if you can overcome this hurdle, you are in for big bucks. - If you decide on this one, get back with me and I'll give you a few interesting hints.
