Hello, everybody!

Everyday we under pressure from some aspects of life, such as traffic, work, family, etc. There is pressure, there is power. But if there is overpressure, it is bad for your health. So we should relax ourselves.

When you are suffering the pressure of work, how to relax yourself?

I am used to listening to music while working, to be completely relaxed.[em10]

Hi Ruby,

I have a couch in my office, a computer with two speakers and a program called "limewire" to download music from the internet...

In Mexican manufacturing plants they often have 5-10 minute breaks (but not a second more) for the same purpose. As humans we just need to "get off the hook" once in a while.

By the way, would you mind if I correct your post? Overall it's pretty good, but there are a few minor "glitches".

A person makes a mistake, it is nothing serious, everyone can;
but if he makes the same mistake, it is terrible. I am not willing to be that man.

To err is human, to forgive is divine.
He who makes no mistake never learns, but he who don't learn from his mistakes is a foolish man.
Sometimes we do not have to learn from our own mistakes, we can learn from other people's wrong judgement.

There are three types of mistakes: an honest mistake, a miscalculated mistake, which is wrong judgment and a deliberate mistake, just to get out of a situation which is a distraction from the bigger wrong doing.

Hi Ruby,

First of all a big apology: As I have a female friend whose name is Ruby, I always assumed you were a woman. Evidently this was an unvoluntary mistake, so I hope you forgive me.

Regarding your post, I made a few minor corrections, and I hope you'll like them. If you want to compare, you can see your original text in my first reply.
