A fraud stroy share with you.

I want to tell about this fraud that happened with me.I ordered some High pressure laminated sheets(metallic laminated) from a supplier with the company name Jiangsu Binbin Decoration Material Co., Ltd..This supplier is GOLD SUPPLIER and TRUST PASS registered.I ordered 1 FCL of metallic laminated from this company.Before that i ordered some samples from this company.The samples were very fine.So i ordered the product and sent the money.Later when the metallic sheets arrived all the sheets were of very low quality and 25 % goods were damaged.All the products were very poor as according to the samples.So I incurred lots of losses because of this shipment.I asked the supplier to give some compensation from this company and to refund my money but they did not respond to my mails and later when i called they are not ready to listen.Please tell me the way to check the fraud from the companies in China and how did this supplier get GOLD SUPPLIER and TRUST PASS when they are doing fraud on alibaba.com .Also please let me know how to check a supplier's credibility listed on alibaba.com.

As much as I hate to say this, what happened to you was your fault and your fault alone. As a buyer, you are the one in charge of the business transaction, and ultimately hold all the power. You relied on, to your detriment, the factory to protect your interest when you should have protected your intereset.
There is no trust in business, only contracts. Because you were writing on a Alibaba forum, I'm sure you could have come here first and performed your due diligence on the company. You could have protected yourself in any number of ways.
1. Actually perform due diligence. Ask for references, a sales rep responisible for your order, and talks with the production manager.
2. Insist on a production and pre-shipment inspection.
3. Hire a 3rd party to oversee the production that will protect your vested interest.
4. Have a solid contract that will document everyones roles and remedies for the transaction.
Do those things and you won't have to worry about being an alleged victim.

Main thing , I guess that I cant trust Alibaba , cause they do not check any of companies presented here knowing it bad cheating reputation ,even do not cancel it membership even do not want to do it . Its looks like u know that some steals money but until he pays u your part u cover him , now the same situation with Alibaba . I think Alibaba must do something in this field , to grow up further . Now im even dont accept any of contacts or emails received from Alibaba as serious until I do own investigation about it. Its just cheap database of companies not a good source for businessmen.

I am a supplier of vedio game accessories in China. Several of my customers have been cheated by Alibaba Golden Member, especially Putian Supplier. IMO, the buyers should ask the suppliers to accept Paypal which will guarantee the safety of goods and payment. I always encourage my customer to make payment by Paypal.
