I would expect the following:

1) A proper knowledge of your own products including detailed information and high resolution photographs of your products.

2) A web site that works and loads correctly.

3) An explanation as to why you are only willing to accept high-risk payments such as T/T and Western Union and will not offer Paypal or Escrow or other payment terms that offer the buyer full protection. For me personally, any Chinese company that will only accept T/T and Western Union is making sure that the buyer has no chance of getting his money back as they have no intention of sending proper goods.

4) An acceptance that the CUSTOMER should not be goaded into making a purchase. Sending e-mails every hour asking if they got your last e-mail just puts us off, as does refusing to answer key questions.

5) Perhaps some of the bigger factories could employ one English speaking person on an occasional basis, or perhaps even once, to make sure that web sites and company literature are properly translated into English and do not contain non-sensical phrases.

Replying to [Bobbieboy]: Maybe you had better look at where the person posting the question is from first. They are from Indonesia not China.
