shipment different from sample -what can i do?

is there anything i can do before shipment? I received a delivery and the quality of this was much worse then the sample i approved

Put the pre-shipment inspection certificate as requirement.
If the case already happen, you just pray that seller will reimburse the loss.
If they won't, there is not many choice for you dude.

So for this kind of problems,we haev to opearte on LC terms and make quality inspection through an international agency or we must have buying agetn to look after this.
