Of course any brand items from China will be fake, or at best refurbished. I have seen some complaints against them, mostly regarding quality. You can get some professional assistance if you want to trade safely in China:

99% of these Alibaba places are total rip off artists! BEWARE!
I ordered a Wii and Iphone and got nothing. Read the Alibaba's Fraud and Security forum completely before trusting anyone here.

Hi there
please please please don't deal with this company at all I lost £3000 because of them and this is my story.
I contacted them after I found the a golden supplyer and I asked them about Nokia N95 and they told me they are original and made in Finland and after I received the mobiles I found them Fake and crap and when I tried to contact them they told me sorry we can't returne the item and I lost the money. please don't deal with them specialy the lady who answer the phone and here name is olina or lucy I don't know but she is cheeter and layer and I swear I will take here and her boss to the court soon because I reported this mobiles with the international trading police and Nokia factory and they will arrest them in china because I recorded all the messages that was between me and her before I place my order and this will helpe me in my case

Replying to [AC STAR]: Yes my friend, I have visited their office,I have bought from them and had goods sent from Shenzhen, China to UK. They arrived within 2 weeks and I didnt have to pay Customs as they mark them assamples. My contact with them is Mandy and her spoken english is OK.
