Are They Real Or Are They Fraud

In india couple of years back there was a trend by upcoming exporters to pose as buying agents adn gather samples/ photos and prices from other exporters. even now on alibaba there are manufacturers of cotton home textiles who pose as buyiong agents and want to source new samples !!
lately i have seent hat there is a growing trend of "consultants, trade development officers " who are contacting importers putting in leads. They are offering their free services to them as indian trade consultant. They have never met the client but they are aslking the importers and advising them too that they can help them to select the right exporter. These people are collecting samples fromthe exporters and are sending reports to the importers . Their reports look like its coming out of the textile lab where as they have no labs at all . These people are creating a lot of confusion in the mind of small clients . Also this way they are trying to creat a greater void between the client and the seller. They are ruining the business of the websites also because they are sending these mails to all the import leads that are being placed

1) verify the buyer and his details
2) before entrusting a work, haev a final decession: and do the work sampleing, courier & etc 3) if the buyer is not interested in paying the sampleing charge: what is the basic understanding between the buyer/supplier
4) you are not supposed to submit free samples: verify the genuineness and do accordingly

you have not understood the real topin curdrice. i have notpossed any questions rather i am just puting in a thought to make importers aware of fraudlent agents, foriegn trade promoters in india who fool importers. buyers are genuine but they get confused by these agents and promoters who misguide them
