Last year, we were cheated by a free member and a golden supplier on alibaba for importing pvb scrap.

Alibaba cann't do anything to free member.

They can only close golden supplier's ID, but it do nothing helpfull for our loss.

I have had only good experiences in my dealings with Alibaba members in China and Vietnam. Sometimes there is a quality issue but sellers have always gone out of their way to make it better. Maybe this good luck is due to the art and craft work I am ordering and because I am prepared to pay more for the highest quality? If a deal looks too good to be true it usually is.

I think it is possible that courier company's staff take rest of you product away.you know the parcel was passed by different people many time,who knows who take it away?

Becasue i have a friend she was met the same questions like yours,but my friend is honest,she sent three digital cameras to her customer,but her customer just received 2 cameras.

Of course maybe as you say it is possible the supply is a scammer.
