After joining alibaba.com the job to explore new customer's is being done by alibaba.com for me. So what are your stories guy's?

When you explore a new buyer, you are the one reaching out for that buyer at that given moment.
On alibaba, when you find a new buyer, first of all, as a free member, you can't reach out for him unless that buyer is 168 hours of age on alibaba. secondly, by the time, you are able to contact, most or I would say, 99.99% of buyers would ignore your message.
So can we still say, there is equal oppurtunity for all on Alibaba.
I guess no. There is total discrimination and you have to pay awful lot of money to at least not be discriminated and discriminate others being TRUSTPASS OR GOLD SUPPLIER.
Where are we going?

In my opinion, the effect of Alibaba is just so so! Money invested, time and energy spent with almost three months, yes we received inquiry now and then, in general the first email sent out without further feedback, it is not a good situation. I am confused now.

It seems that success in contacting customers depends on paying to Alibaba or not. Its their right. Who would establish such a B2B marketplace for nothing? Otherwise, for Free Members (like me), its very hard to get in contact with new potential customers. Until now, I never got any response when contacting a potential buyer. So, its really hard work...

even we are a gold supplier of alibaba.com, even though, it is still hard for us to search new customer these days, i don't know why, maybe it's beacuse the bad situation of the economy. Maybe because we are noteless by foreign friends.
