Hi, I think first you should know what is your target maket, for children or for adult or for old people; and then design your brand and your material you need; and then make some samples;after that you have to investigate and make some advertisments on your market.

Actually find a prducer for OEM is not the most important thing. The most one is to find and develop your target market.
