my point is that how to attract your customer so that he will not go away.In my opinion, I would like to contact with them as friends, and consider their situations like our own. in fact, they will pay us, and we will sell, there is a deal between us. if he can not buy, the result is that we can not get nothing. so i am always considering about the customer's situation.
foreign trade is not only to sell products, it is to sell your self, and express your professional thinking and show your own attractive.
I don't know whether it is a good way,because sometimes I will feel a little tired due to my responsibility, but we all know that to be trusted is a happy thing, it pays,right?

Personally,I think "mutual-trust" is extremely important in foreign trade.You know,it is not so easy to be built up,however,once built up,seldom changed!

You are right.......is selling yourself, just much time the client only looking for PRICE,
I explain many time with client, if the price too low, maybe you getting scammer.
but they still order with the scammer, after recevied the goods, they got 25-30 damage of the stock, somthing got another product, that why our client is higher then the scammer, because this is for GURANTEED & SERVICE, price/product quanlity/your service/shipment/inspection.......
but too much scammer using lower price to grasp the buyer... i guess they need to thinking about this. WHAT WE OFFER.........
You need to let your client know, you are serious doing business, is not catch there money. i will suggest the right product to them, not only selling.
Before i'm selling refurished mobile, and we don't know each other didn't face to face to talking, but they still sent us US$12000 for purchasing, i guess need to chat many many time (we chat in 5 months before order) but we got the order
