The shipping agent was appointed by our customer.
At the moment, we didn't send the original shipping documents to our customers ?

I guess if they are the NEW client, you need to let them know company is not allow that, you can suggest them to selling first container goods then sent the $130,000 payment to you to release the second container, because if they are buying 2, they MUST have a client already purchasing the goods with them.

You mentioned shipper is appointed by them. Once you release the container to shipper, there is no way you can hold back goods to get your money.
Your terms is cash against documents, I had experienced this case before, and the shipper takes the goods, immediately that will be delivered to consignee, with or without documents, they can make their own documents.
So, if you want your money, ask for the money, or if they do not have the cash to pay, ask them for guarantee of payment from their bank.

The shipping agent is appointed by your customer is not the most important thing,but if the forwarder is a chinese ,it may be better. According to my experience,if the the shipper is named in your company,such as .``.....com``,it doesn`t matter so much till you send your B/L and relative documents to them.Otherwise ,they can`t get the goods till you send the B/L to them,remember don`t don`t allow the forwarder to release the container by teligraph or fax till you get the rest payment!
