It depend on yourcountrie. Some plase you can get ti from chamber of commerce and some other gorvement departments.
Also it depend on the buyer's. Some buyer only request for the joind invoice and the cerification in it stating the country of origine

Certificate of Origin is a type of certificate that certifies the origin of the goods produced or manufactured. Although it can be issued by a seller, but it must be in a mandatory form, format and manner with a certification by an independent organization, for instance Chamber of Commerce.
In some countries, it may come with an additional cost to obtain this document. Contact you Chamber of Commerce and find out what are the procedures to obtain this cert.
