Perhaps you should explain the situation to your boss and ask better deal from your suppliers.

Don't do logistics business if there is no business in it. Why waste your time

Why don't you do something that is new in China? Open a restarant, a steak house perhaps.  There you go.

Don't risk your money on the stock market if you are not prepare to lose it.

In fact the all things are hard to do.

There is an old saying : no pain, no gain. therefore we should have a strong willing whenever we plan to do a work.

Don't hesitate to do anything if you have an object enven if you know it will be fail.... have more practise.... success will be near to you!!
