If you want an answer for that one, the best bet I can tell you is to contact Chase Manhattan Bank or Washington Mutual.  But I do not see a benefit to a Chinese company doing this because of the fee's associated with moving the money back to China.  How do you think it will facilitate easy payment?  If your having problems with transfering money via your own bank its time you go out and get a business bank that has affiliations with other oversea's banks.
