To cope with our rapid growth, we are currently looking for energetic candidates to fill the position in our company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspect of conference production and project management, such as topic generation, Budget containment, program development, speak invitation, on-site co-ordination.
- Develop strategic relationships with leading associations, companies and consultants.
- Ensure all project literature and training documentation meets established standards for appearance and market promotion.
- Oversee the marketing, administration, and PR of the project product.
- Interact heavily with senior Chinese executives and project managers of clients;
- Monitor the team's financial performance to achieve sales targets
- Participate in business development

Candidate Requirement:
- At least 10 years solid international trade experience with 5 years or more management experience for major worldwide retailer or leading industrial giants.
-Familiar with production, inspection and shipping etc. all trade procedures, preferably worked in a multi-national company before.
- Good connection with local buyers
- Possess initiative and perseverance
- Self-motivated, well-organized, positive, energetic and strategic thinking
- Result-driven and can perform under pressure
- A proven team-leader and problem solver with good interpersonal skill
-Excellent communication skills, organization ability, analytical mind and a deep knowledge of overseas buyer market is required
-Open, flexible, willing to learn and a team player with integrity are required
- Good computer skill, and e-commerce skill.
- Must be persuasive, determined, hard working and able to work effectively in a team.
- Possess superb spoken communications skills and excellent written skills.
