I have been trying to contact somebody at Alibaba for days to report an infringement on my companies trademark 'Valdora'.
and the offering of counterfiet or unauthorized goods. I have proved beyond a doubt that my company owns the trademark and that even the description of the goods is a copyright infringement. I can not get anyone from Alibaba to return my e-mail. I have followed the copy right infringement guideline and faxed it 4 x to Alibaba this week. I have telephoned at 13:00 Hong Kong time and all I get is an answering machine. I have faxed their US office in NewYork and they are useless. Their response was 'call Hong Kong'. What kind of crap is that? Thinking about doing businesss here? Don't. Tell everyone you know. [em5][em5]

Replying to [Valdora]:
Do you have Valdora trademarked in every country in the world????
If you don't then you can't stop others from trademarking the name in their own country....... You might want to tie that up and get the TM in those countries you don;t have it in

Don't forget theur are places in the world named Valdora (Italy and Australia to start) so anyone who has a bike shop in that town is going to be allowed to use that name unless you lock it up.... Expensive but probably worth your effort.

btw... nice bikes... I just can't afford one
