Why is it that when you are on the Alibaba Website and you click on a suppliers "I'm online chat now" icon that is will not load into Trade manager.  It only loads into the online web based version of trade manager.  Which then signs you out of the Trad Manger on your computer.


This simple fact makes trade manager useless to buyers.  In order to get the contact into Trade Manager you need to find them on the website and view there products.....then I need to look them up in Trade Manager as well to talk to them...


I can understand that if you were a supplier the Trade manager would be nice to have.  However, if the company is not contacting you then the tool is useless as you need to do it with the We Based Trade Manager.


The only time that it is useful is if I am not logged onto the website and I have it open on my PC and a supplier contacts me.


Other than that ...it is bloody useless. Sorry....


I would like to think that you can do better than this....I know that it is a very similar messenger program as the TaoBao messenger product.  This product works how it should...why can you not get the Alibaba tool to work the same?
