i`v asked for certain products on alibaba ... and sent inquiries ..

some of them sent me a price list that is .. too good to be true ..

and others ,, sent a price list that is tooo high !! actully higher prices than retailers ..


some of them looked innocent ,,,

so i was too stupid and transfered sample money by western union ..

and guess what,, i`v never recieved any thing .. although they gave me a tracking number that can`t be followed .. i was simply ,, scammed

what makes me sick .. is that they are wasting my time ..

i have contracts to fill and they just couldn`t care less about how much money i loose just because of thier irresponsible attitude ..


so .. i need your help and advise ..

now i have 3 suppliers who claims that they have what i want ,, and i agreed to there prices ..

but they insist that i transfer the money first .. and i refuse .. and insist that i come visit them and pay CASH .. and recieve my products directly at the same moment after checking the quality and quantity ,,, but they all refuse .


i need someone to tell me .. what is the best way ,, secured method to be safe .

how can i make sure that the seller will send the quantities once he recieves the money ?

and if he did ..

how can make sure that the product he sent ,, fits my conditions and quality just like i asked for .

and regarding samples ..

if i likes someones product and wanted to purcahse a sample before i ask for the big quantity .. what is the best way to pay and make sure that the sample will arrive?

have about consider to have one agent in china,it is the best way to solve the problem!

Most of the scammers here at alibaba are offering:

a. brand name products that they as sellers have no legitimate access to in the first place;

b. consumer electronics in small quantities at unbelievably low prices.

First of all , sorry to hear that!

In my opinion,     the best way for you to place a trial order  with the  supplier before you place a large quatity, since both of you do not  know well with each other ,  you can place a trial order  to check their quality and  service,   and pay for them via Paypal.

I think Paypal  is a safer and easier way to pay for the item,  when you do not get your items or the quality  is not good , you can complain  them via Paypal ,  they will refund your money  and give you a satisfied answer what you want.

If you are going to be doing regular business in China it is probably a good idea to find yourself an agent living in China, not only can the go to the supplier and check the legitimacy of the supplier, but they can inspect the quality of the product, gather samples, arrange shipping and do the customs paperwork for you.

Just make sure and get someone who will give you references to work with here in the US. Make sure and call their references and check with them.

Can call Alibaba serivce hot line, tell them u have doubt about supplier's reliability.

They must pay special attention, i think they have girl to be at service for foreign buyer.

Try more on B2b website great in China.

Friend, scammers are also worldwide in foreign nationality.

You can choose great factory for safety, they cant offer much higher.

When u become expert in ur items, u can do better.

You need an agent in China.

But that means you need to pay something - commission, part of the profit, etc.

But in the end, whether this is worthy or not, depend on how you find the correct agent.

According to my experience do business through alibaba,my suggestion as below when u choosing a supplier.

1>If price are acceptable please asking for samples.(for low U/P products)

2>After that if the quality meet u requirement please checking the factory by yourself.Most of  the time ,if the suppliers are legal and reliable they will accept it.

3>when u finished all the steps ,please remember just t/t 30~40 % af first time ,or to be more safe please using L/C.

4>Finding 2~3 stable suppliers are very important .When u establish a nice relationship with them ,some times they will willing to find the other suppliers in other field which you needed.
