Fujian ( Quanzhou, Putian and Fuzhou ) is really famous for scammers, even for the domestic market in China. To know more about their scamming skills and their inside, I pretended to be a jobless guy, trying to apply a post/vacancy from a professional scammer ( This company has been discovered at following link: http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/19405/FRAUD_Henghui_Trade_Co_ltd_FRAUD_.htm?message=57820 ) online. The boss claimed to be a high school graduate called Mr.Zhang, they refused to tell you their real full name in Chinese. We had several 'nice' conversations and he once taught me how to find and cheat foreign businessmen online. I have learned much about their insides and let's share something here.

1. They are very cunning, the boss never tell you their full names, exact living address and other important information, even for their ' employees'. The boss mentioned we do not have to meet in person but I could work for him in my spare time and he will split the profit when the 'business' is completed ( after he receives money from foreign customers). As China is not an English-speaking country and also the cheaters always change their business locations, it's very hard for Chinese police to catch them in China.

2. He has employed dozens of ' part-time ' employees like me, touting his company online at anywhere on the globe. His staff works in several shifts, that means, they can reach any of your work time at any time. They always entice foreign buyers at very low prices as you know their English is not very good at all.

3. He mentioned he had 5--6 company websites simultaneously active online every day. They have dozens of free mailboxes for their ' business'. They can change their website and mailbox every day.

4. They can tell you a wrong tracking number after they receive your payment but they shall never ship you the goods related.

5. They never register themselves at local government authorities, so no Chinese officials know their existance in China.

6. The boss mentioned he can earn around 2-30,000 USD per month with the hard-working of a team. ( It's amazing. Can you guess how many buyers have been cheated online? )

7. They will change all their contact information when a local investigator go to meet them in person and you can never reach him in person.

I can never imagine they are 'getting' rich' so fast. They are really disgusting because they have ruined the good image and reputation of most Chinese businessmen. However, some of them are very silly, you can easy self-check them out with my post online:

Dear members: Do not be enticed by extremely low prices in China. Do not forget to verify them before your payment, esp when your order is large enough ! Please do enough Due Diligence work before you pay !

It's really hard to imagine that scammers could be so well organized like what was told here, and with the growth of China as one of the leading countries in the world, scammers over there will flourish.

Think of how much damage Nigerian scammers have done to their country's reputation. China is ten times larger in population, but with the slight disadvantage of not having English as their official language. If these Chinese crooks are allowed to continue the same way, it will not be pretty. And as more people there learn English, it will only get worse.


While some are cunning con artists, any * can be an internet scammer, especially as part of organised gangs. Language and some minor computer skills are the only barriers, if there is no effective law. For these people, the only incentive they need is to see that other people are making money from it, and no morals will matter.

I heard that where were also many similar stories in your country----Indonesia, you may have a face-to-face with a scammer there and try to learn them more.

What's a pity to read this story. But i don't think so all the Chinese are the business cheater. Surely there are so many business cheater in this world.



As a business man, i suggest the customer don't intersted in the lower price ,you'd better take care about the reasonble price and the quality and so on.



Because the business cheater always supply the lower price to attract the customer. If you are not the greed man, i think no body can cheat you.



Ok, i have said so many about it. We are still the China manufacture. We never cheat our customer. Because we are willing to do the business with our customer for long term and become the good parnter.

I did not mean to blame the businessmen from other parts of China. I know most of us Chinese companies are reliable and honest. But these notorious guys did ruin our good image in the international market.

If you could infiltrate these crook's business there is not excuse that the police can't do something. That is if it is important enough for them to try. I'm tired of getting ripped off by Chinese companies.
