I think there is a lot of methods,such as the B&B website inquiry or find it from the website,but I think the point is when you know the information of the buyer,can you attact his attention ?

I'm also new in the international bussiness,I always met that kind of problems,when I quote to my customer,then no reply,and then send him a lot of emails to ask,also no reply.

I think our product is good and price is reasonable,but I don't know why...

So maybe we can make efforts on how to keep the customers...
