Actual scammers can be quite inventive in their ploys, moving from one game to the other

2. Very short USA address he stated. Never identifiable.

3. He requests construction machinery parts. But in his company profiles he says dealing with tobocco.

4. He is making a design that he lives at USA Florida. But travelling to Africa only Africa. No detailed country name. Africa is so big.

 

Is this a very common scam?
