You have to make your points right before complaint
Post 1 of 8

i think you have to make your points right before everyone get the wrong picture of your complaint.

1. Many people wants to import from China. And whatever bad things happen, they blame the supplier and manufacturer. Before you make complaints, think about the situation properly. Whose fault is it? Your 's? Or the supplier? Have you bought any insurance?

2.No doubt there are some irresponsible groups or trader/manufacturer that produce non-quality and defective goods, but please bear in mind again. The price everyone is giving is far too low than the cost. So, what do you expect the Chinese to produce? good stuff for you at your price? Don't day dream.....you get what you pay for.....

3. Many traders from my country import goods from China. Home appliances, hardware tools...etc, I name these 2 because we normally see them and use them at home. The quality sucks, but they are extremely cheap. I can just throw it away if its spoilt. Too cheap to believe. I get what I pay for.....but some users don't think this way...and make many complaints about Chinese products for the quality, etc....but they forgot to tell you the price they pay....anyone force them to buy the product? They are attracted to the product because of the price....and they spoil the Chinese name.....these are not genuine businessman, they are just homeuser...we have to understand them.

4. As for the Chinese supplier, if they don't improve their quality and carry on producing goods lower than cost, this will tarnish their own name, including the country's name. Just like the Japanese in the 60's. Everyone knows Japanese goods sucks during that time. But now, who doesn't want a "Made in Japan". Learn fast and grow....China can do it....

I am a  sales man in a factory. I persistly think that: good quality goods are made from the customer and the supplier together.

I agree it!  We are manufacture for usb drive in China;

If the guy is the real businessman; he will know that best is not the cheapest, cheapest is not the best; only the reasonable is good choice;

You get what you pay for! Pls don't ask for cheapest; As u know, all the supplier or manufactuer do the produce not by free, they still spend the cost for their products' stuff or material; So do we;

For example: If you enjoy the " BMW ",  you need to pay the cost  of  " BMW "; If not, pls don't enjoy it;  So it is the same meaning when you plans to buy products from China!

I agree!! These companies are focused on acheiving CHEAPEST sale price geared for a COSMETIC buying market.The wholesalers that buy these products from china should be responsable for falsely marketing them as compariable to the ones that are built for durability and functionability and are more expensive. China caters to whole buyers.Wholesale buyers are responsible for the bad reputation that china receives.The fraudulent representation of the product to the retail community is fueled by the proffit that can be acheived by lies and blame. Wholesalers are manipulating buyers by deception of products intent for proffit without having to lose any reputation.

Manufacturer has to take some of the blame.  They should have clearly indicate the lower price will reduce quality. But no, they keep saying, no it's good. etc etc.
