A joke that widely spread among chinese college students~

One day,a boy who speaks terrible english give his girlfriend a call,cuz his GF is busy with something,then her roommate pick up the phone.

when the boy got that this is not his GF speaking,he said:How are u!
The next day,he call his GF again,and also is the roommate pick up the phone ,this time he surprise and said:how old are u!

Anybody here got what does it mean?try to translate it in chinese WORD BY WORD, hope you guys happy with learning english here.

    You know in china,some college students are not good at english, but they like speak something in CHINGLISH to make others laugh...
    "How are u" from the boy means "why is you pick up the phone?"
    and 'how old are u" means"why is u pick up the phone again?"

    PS:The boy make the call to the mobilephone of his GF~so he is very surprised that the roommate always pick up the phone for her.

    This is a real story and happend in college,hope u like it!
