Before paying any upfront fees to any company. Check with your embassy in Moscow if this company really exists and trades in petroleum products. Also, if you are dealing with real sellers they would be happy to meet you in person. If the sellers will only meet you after you have paid the fees then be very, very wary of them. Also, if there is to be a Transneft fee paid it should be paid after the seller puts up the 2% performance bond. If they have shipped before they would be able to provide a past bill of lading or SGS or equivalent documents. But don't just take the word of the document, call the shipping company that is on the bill of lading and SGS or the inspection company they used and verify yourself. Find the actual numbers and contact people yourself don't rely on the document for it can be forged. Just helpful hints so you don't get screwed in this business. It takes just one time and no one will ever deal with you again. Also, it is funny that bashi says that he is a customer of Transnafta and when he actually is the one that registered their website. Anyone that wants to can check out the whois that registered the domain and the email address is identical. I am not saying that it is fake but do your homework, this is your reputation on the line and if you do something like this and your client looses the money to a scammer you will be blackballed as well.

Now I shall explain weigh their business as them do it. They call it 419 (four-one-nine) business. Ask me how I know all this? After they have deceived us, I had to search for a lot of information about them.
1) All these guys from Nigeria, they are leaving in Moscow, but all rest, what they speak about themselves - lies. If you have any friend from Russia, ask him to call the Transnafta and talk to them, and then at once you will understand, what I'm saying, that it is not Russian people because they are not able to speak correctly and cleanly Russian language.
2) All figureheads as Eddison and Sumisoil, have contact phones which are very similar on true. How they have made it here in Russia? It is very easy! We have cellular operator BEELINE who is very easy for changing any numbers with Russian code to UK with a code 44. Therefore, if you call the number with a code 44, it will go to the phone BEELINE. Therefore all, that these agents from UK you think, are actually here in Moscow, and they speak good about Transnafta, DO NOT TRUST THEM!! About Cheskova (Sumisoil), all his phones do not work, try to call by yourself. How possible, that office phone can be disconnected, or it is mobile? All this is lies.
3) Now to an occasion of the company. If they have a site, people will be thinking, that they real but is not so. IT IS AGAIN A LIE! In Moscow there are many firms with name Transnafta, but naturally different addresses. Address, which they use on the site, it is address of Transnafta Universal which is engaged in transportation of cargoes by the machine, instead of oil.

First address which they write in the street Ivana Babushkina house 10/B is not present company Transnafta, there is a Tax Inspection where company Transnafta UNIVERSAL has been registered. Second address on Dimitry Ulynova street house 9/11 is the present address of company Transnafta Universal (not Transnafta), but they have not correctly written it, this again shows, that they not Russian people.

4) Tell me please. Why 100 % Russian company have a site only in English language? The increasing Russian companies (especially oil) have a site in Russian and on English languages. 7) Just now, I tried to call this company, and have answered me not Russian man and when I start to speak Russian language to them, that we want to buy oil, he told me, that they do not have any products, and he promise me to call them in 2 weeks. They simply were frightened!
8) Now you should do conclusions! Do not do my mistakes! Such people as Transnafta, it is necessary to catch and put at once in prison because they steal money from buyers and spoil business for the real sellers.
9) If somebody knows the present seller, help me to find, because my buyer still want to buy Mazut oil 100-75. Quantity 250000 ?? in a month, the China main port.
