Replying to [KFCL]:meanwhile my conversation with the accounting officer indicate that this small pipeline is still very much in-existence,which taps direct from a private company to the major pipeline moving down to the port of loading.
whoever that's countering this,is doing it at his own will with an ill and selfish intention and should pls add an existing contact for phisical contact and defence of his aguement from officials and not writing free mail id 4 a contact of magnitude!.

Thanks for your opinion to our inquiry about Hehir Liam C.P that helps us to consider more before we proceed further. We were told that OJSC Chernomortransneft (CHMT) and Hehir Liam Chernomor Pipeline (HLCP) are pipelines owned by AK TRANSNEFT. HLCP is running as a primary pipeline from oli well to CHMT. With this pipeline (HLCP), government monitors all crude that comes from oil well, since HLCP only runs to our supplier's oil well.
