Replying to [KFCL]:I saw this article in alibaba and to save a situation,i go straight to my file and saw these small pipe-line names in some of the transneft invoices that was used for some of my past pipeline tarrif payment and suplies our crude product from russia..

the pipeline "hehir liam chernomor transneft pipeline HLCP"is in existence but less concentrated as its among the small-small pipelines in seberia soil of russian federation..

..i have receieved and made payments in the last 3 years for that very pipeline,after the opening of my first DLC,my shipment comenced and the deal was well concluded from russia b4 i left to UK.
The positive step i can take now is call the accounting officer of TRANSNEFT E.P.KOLESOVA"tommorow working hours and verify if "hehir liam pipes"are still in use or not cos he's very friendly inthe past..Best wishes.
