Replying to [KFCL]: Alduke Holdings forwared us multiple invoices supposedly from Transneft listing ONCHUKO ONWUKA Pipeline. We apid all of these ivoices via Wire Transfer to an ALPHA BANK account which was supposed to belong Transneft but was not. We lost all the money and Aludke never delivered POP or PB for any of the oil deals.

So the issue is not whether the OCHUKO ONWUKA pipeline exists, the real issue is that if the invoice and all the other documents that you have received from these people are really genuine.

Since You have no way of verifying any of these documents, then they are all worthless. Therefore I would not pay unless you are 100% convinced with proof that all the Transneft documents submitted to you so far mean anything.

Do not accept any name or phone number given to you by these people, even if they tell you that these people work for Transneft. These are well organized crime syndicates. Unless you have your own way of verifying these documents or invoices, keep walking.

Thanks for sharing this info. Am quite new in oil trading (brokerage), and had in fact disregarded several requests for D2 from 'potential buyers' in the region because I personally think this was mostly scams.

But since now I realise there are many members here who seem to be active and knowledgeable in this industry, and I presume all are genuine dealers, perhaps I could review the matter.

Can anyone therefore assure me that the are legitimate D2 suppliers out there.

Without falling into scammers....? Leave me a message, or contact me (initial contact, as I do have company server contact email) at criscomm@yahoo.com

Thanks!

I am talking Yusupov at Igion Petroleum, they are mandates for Transnafta. They seem like they are the real thing. But you mentioned that Igion Oil is part of a scam. Is this the same company that you are talking about? Transnafta is requesting Transneft charges of $180,000 per 100,000MT - 500,000MT of oil. Is this real or fake?

Replying to [Ricky8080]:Hi! Ricky8080.
I remembered passing through somany mandates representing a single oil company in the past, and i made my choice..TRANSNAFTA have many mandates in this oil market scattered all over, like i'm myself they may have forgotten me untill i come up with a deal, there and then, they could visit my file for an update..
one of the reasons i don't embark on distance client deals as a mandate of this noble company is because people like u are out-there hunting for good companies documents to steel government and people money and syphone innocent people's money at the end u will be the first to visit ALIBABA sight to scandalize companies and refineries.
i hereby request for your identity and contact adress to get intouch with u for black mail queries

Replying to [Ricky8080]:Listen!!!
Current political issues and potential advantages of joint venture participation of smaller, independent oil companies with larger, established Russian organizations

As a result of the transition to a market economy in the Russian oil and gas business, numerous small, independent petroleum companies have been formed, in addition to major, vertically integrated oil and gas companies (VIOGCs). At present, there are more than 500 small companies involved in exploration, production and refining of hydrocarbons, and oil product marketing in Russia. This article dwells on the issues of business development of small, independent petroleum companies--in particular on some specific features of their interactions with major oil companies.
so each of these companies have the indulgence of puting up their own procedures after meeting the taxes demand in russian federation..
it's also good to note that some of the brokers/agents who are handi-cap to execute or conclude a deal for an oil shipment from russian federation, these set of brokers/agents engage their time in gossiping..
even if these private companies demand for transneft fees as part of their procedure, then why not set up ur own procedure by refusing the much emphasized fee or ask them to invite you down to russia to see things by urself..rushing on net to black sometimes end-up pointing accussing finger on the wrong company who are innocence and more than pure for black mailing.

Replying to [james dean]:Well i have contacted TRANSNAFTA concerning the development! and their reaction was so hot to express, you can also reach them at www.transnafta.net.
i beleive by now the copyright company should be on the hide-out!
It's also good to note that issue of copyright is not a question meant for a registered company to answer.TRANSNAFTA is a registered company on the web while the intrude company "ZOOGAS or whatever company u call them are free member on the web.you can see the difference there and pass a just judgement than waisting precious time and energy to build a mountain out of a muld hill..We associate with transnafta all d way from the UK.I'm an allseason client to TRANSNAFTA a company based in moscow,Russian federation..i'm talking about TRANSNAFTA whose website is www.transnafta.net.

N/B:Inability to meet-up with companies demand doesn't in any way mean that the company must be blackmailed. It will justified if you mr james could write or call ZOOGAZ and querry them over the company inpersonation of a geniune company rather than atributing it to a big and serious company like OAO TRANSNAFTA..becarefull!!!

yes, you are right in many ways.

my purpose here in this forum to tell what i know and get feedback and views.

example:

the news in transnafta.net website is exactly the same (minus the company name) with a large oil company in US.

http://www.scandoil.com/moxie/news/drilling/marathon-adds-net-proved--2.shtml

http://www.secinfo.com/d17WEy.uT1.d.htm

http://www.scandoil.com/moxie/business/money/marathon-announces-42-bil.shtml

http://www.transnafta.net/Marathon%20News.htm

and if you were to check out the US oil company website, and compare with transnafta.net website, the content is 90% similar.

example:

http://www.marathon.com/Social_Responsibility/Health_Environment_Safety_and_Security/

http://www.transnafta.net/Health,%20Environment%20&%20Safety.htm

what do you think?

Thanks for mentioning this type of Transneft Fee Fraude.
Please note also the following fraudulent company names:
* UFAGASNEFT OIL STATE EXPORT TRADE (nickname: Mr. Igor Boger ).
* RUSNEFTPROM
Most likely the people behind them are NIGERIANS.
They will never use Company Registration number, direct e-mail address nor a website. Oftenly they can only be contacted via Trade websites like: Alibaba.com, EC21.com, sulekhab2b.com adresses.
I hope that this will stop soon, because they are blowing-up the oil trading business.

A good expalnation about how this Transneft Fraude works can be red on:
http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/41062/RUSSIAN_OIL_SCAMS_Transneft_fee_scam_from_fake_Russian_Oil_Sellers.htm

These people, like this MR. IGOR BOGER , need to be stopped !
