I am from a Chinese factory and worked here for more than one month. During this period, I received nearly 50 Inquiries. After I reply to them carefully, then no reply to me. I am wondering why this happened, but no result.

I think they are not receiving your message. If you have 50 people not replying after you have sent them a message, it must be a problem with your email. If you use Trade Manager, it is much better because you can chat to the customer directly. I hope this information helps you. Regards. Carl.

Hi there. Foreign business is easy. It is important that you make it very easy to establish communication. Firstly, Trade Manager is the best way to communicate. Secondly, you must have the best description for your goods and VERY GOOD pictures. Also, you must reply as soon as you can to any queries because the internet is so fast and foreign business will deal with business that is quick to respond to them. I hope this helps. Carl.

Replying to [Jennyzhao]: IT MIGHT BE THAT BUYER DID NOT RECEIVED COMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT HIS/HER INQUIRIES. I FACED THE PROBLEM WITH CHINESE SUPPLIER/MANUFACTURER WHEN I INQUIRED FOR STEEL PIPES THEY OFTEN DID NOT GIVE COMPLETE INFORMATION BECAUSE OF LANGUAGE OR UNDERSTANDING.
THERE MIGHT BE POSSIBILITY THAT PRICE OR TERMS ARE NOT FAVOURABLE TO BUYER. AS MANY CHINESE MANUFACTURER AND SUPPLIER ASKED FOR 30 TO 40 % ADVANCE PAYMENT. I BURNT MY FINGER WHEN I ADVANCE TO CHINESE MANUFACTURER OF FISHING NET AND HE SHIPPED THE WRONG TYPE OF NETS WHICH WERE NEVER REPLACED.
