How can I get negative comments about a company removed from Alibaba?

The comments were made by me regarding a company I had been dealing with. I could not reach them. I frantically wrote on Alibaba asking where they were? It got all over the internet causing them great harm.
They had had a cyclone and could not contact me! They are a good company and my words about them have nearly ruined them! Please help me! HOW DO YOU GET NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT A COMPANY REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET?
