I am a oversea sales of a plastic mold factory in Dongguan, the mold capital of China. In fact, I have just worked in this factory for 2 months. My boss hires me to operate the business platform of alibaba. I get about 3 inquiries each day. But up until now, I get no any order. Most of time, I get no reply after I sent customers the quotation. Can anyone tell me what's the matter? I have studied the market price carefully and find that our quotation is ok. Now, we are the qualified supplier of many famous Japanese companies. So, our quality is also no problem. Then, what's the problem?
