To all the friends doing the trading with China, I would like to suggest you whenever you send money, never send to personal namebut to company's. If the supplier can not provide company account, the company is definitely a false one. And do not send money to a company located in HK if the supplier is actually located in Shenzhen, for example. Many cheaters are using a HK company account only for taking money, andit is impossible and useless for you to start legal action in HK.The cheaters' HKcompany are only a paper company, no address, no office, nothing but an account.

I think I''ve got scammed by a company which is "located" in Hong Kong, but actualy the woman I'm talking with (jessico) told me that she is in Shenzhen. She accepted paypal but the account was not on the companys name, she told me that it is on the name of her boss. Pls. help me, I don't know if I'm scammed or not and what to do, the company is Sky Honest Electronic Co., Ltd. ; http://skyhonest.en.alibaba.com/ ; http://www.skyhonest.com/Page/Default.aspx .

Recently I have been contacted by many foreign buyers claiming being scammed by Alibaba Goldsuppliers. Some of the so-called Goldsuppliers have been closed by Alibaba website due to the complaints. I checked the suppliers and found that all of the so- called Goldsuppliers were registered in Hong Kong but with actual operating office address in Shenzhen or some other cities. And if these cheaters have been reported, they will change their actual operating offices and also telephone numbers. It then turns to be very complicated to trace them or contact them. Even I am in Shenzhen, with so many different offices, it will be very hard for me to check one by one and they can easily deny that they are just the scammers we are looking for.

Therefore, be very careful to deal with HK registered companies even though they are proved to be verified members. Anyone can register a HK company without going to Hong Kong. So many Hong Kong -registered companies are just "empty" or "paper" companies, no real office or staff there. What they really get is account under the company in order to get money from the victims.
