Hello, I think follow VOA special English, speak loudly may help. If you have the chance to practice with native English speakers, better. Also record your voice, there is no "Mistake" for a learner, remove that word, do not let it hinder you.

Hi Navyye,
Moolan and Yarenimex have already given you good advices, and especially I like their comments regarding not being afraid of making mistakes. As nobody was ever born being a master or teacher, we all make mistakes as we learn. There is no way around! So you better "grin and bear" as they say in English.
For day-to-day English, any spoken or written form of English is good. But if you want real good, correct English, you better only listen to the national news from the UK, US or Australia. Especially pay close attention to the "news anchors", those people who are sitting at that big desk in the studio. Don't pay attention to the news, but pay very close attention to their pronunciation, diction, grammar, etc. You won't find anything better than that on TV or radio!
When it comes to perfect written English, some days ago I posted a question asking for a reliable source for written English. As I get all my news from the internet (and none of these sources can claim perfect English), I'm not informed in this regard.
Seing your plight, hopefully somebody will respond.

Quoting from [Navyye]:
I have been involved in international trade for quite a long time and during which, alibaba is always my friend, I have read many valuable posts shared by dear friends here, I am so happy to be one member here in Alibaba.
As a sales man in China, we communicate with customers in different background who comes from different countries, English has been widely acceptable and used through international communication. We have tons of E-mails every day written in English, then, we answer them. However, as per my experience, I always put myself into a tough situation when I was talking face to face to a customer, especially, when making telephone calls, after all, we can understand each other much easier using face expression, gesture and something else like that,.
What I want to say is that, what do you think the most cost-effective way to improve our oral/spoken English. Many thanks for sharing your valuable suggestion.
Best regards
