Beware of C.E.S. Singapore - Juliana Lau
Post 1 of 1
Beware of this company - C.E.S. Singapore and the contact person is named Juliana Lau.

After ordering assorted kind of products, our payment deal is 70% ** and she will remit the balance 5 days after goods arrive in Singapore. We received the ** and started processing the order. After couple of days, she informed us to ship out whatever quantity of goods we have already processed since she has to make it to an upcoming tradeshow. She said just ship out the balance order whenver it's ready. Couple of weeks after we sent out the initial partial shipment, she informed us that the tradeshow didn't have a good result and that she cannot get the remaining balance. She didn't even pay the almost $200 remaining balance for the goods shipped out in the partial delivery. We kept on following it up thru e-mail and continuously call her but she just keeps on ignoring us.

We are not forcing her to get the balance order, even if it's already stocked on our warehouse and the capital used is now on slumber. We are just asking for the balance payment for what has already been delivered, the amount due to us.

This is not the right way of dealing with suppliers. [em5] Buyers should weigh the pros and cons, and be ready for the negative or positive market response first before buying something. Buyers have the option to test the market response first thru samples, should they wish so.

Buyers, pls be human enough to follow what has been agreed upon.
