Also IM curious to know how much he may have charged you considering real distributors and Sony have dropped the price on the 60GB machines as sales are stalling and game producers are questioning if they should dedicate further resources to the platform as Xbox 360 continues to grow despite the intro of the PS3.

Someone I know has asked me to do some look-ups on Product Stream International. So, I did. Obviously my searches took me to here. I saw all of this and forwarded it to my friend.

Now... I just want to let everyone know that I DID call a verified company there at 191 Peach Tree St., Suite 3300 address. It was Citi-Link Mortgage Consultants. I verified with them that Product Stream IS indeed located there.

As to whether the man/company can supply or not, I cannot say. But I CAN say that they ARE located at that building.

Oh, also, Product Stream International and Tsuphri Holdings are registered in the state of Florida (not in Georgia). PSI is listed there as the registered agent for Dorchester Consulting Group, LLC. Mr. Shoemaker is the registered agent for two other Florida companies that have been voluntarily dissolved: K-Fund Group, Inc. and Monaco Ventures International, Inc.

Buyer Beware.

Replying to [tworiverstradingco]: Sharla, you are right about where the companies formed but to do buisness in another state they must also be registered in that state. Product Stream International LLC is considered a foreign entity because the corporation was not formed in Georgia, but it must still file, and falls under the guide lines of Georgia Corporations and the Georgia Secretary of State Office. if you care to re-examine the Geogia SOS site check out company identification number 07006651 and Shoemaker, Andrew

the reason you could not find the company in Georgia, my be the fact that they are updating their data base and they left the "AL" off of the word ( International )

As for the other company they are not registered to do business in Georgia or California. Having been in banking yourself you know that no company can open up a business account without specific documentation including registration to operate within that state.

Correct, the number you gave is NOT downtown Atlanta. I have their downtown number. That number is 678-288-6201 (which is a downtown Atlanta prefix). I did NOT call that number. Instead, I ran a search on Google for that address (191 Peach Tree Street, Suite 3300) and came up with Citi-Link Mortgage Consultants. I called the number of Citi Link Mortgage Consultants and verified with them that Product Stream Intl. is located in that building (set of offices) at 191 Peach Tree Street, Suite 3300. I felt that verifying their address with someone on the ground over there who is impartial was the best way to go. I spoke with the receptionist and she verified it.

Actually, I did not even try to look in Georgia's Corporation database initially (duh, should have done that first). I knew they were registered in Florida, so I checked there. After reading your post just now, I checked the Georgia one. Yeppers, definitely there - as you stated - at this URL: http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/corp/soskb/Corp.asp?1276671

That page shows that they are registered as a foreign LLC as of 1/16/2007. The only problem that I see there is that they have not filed a change of address (and phone number) for the Registered Agent (Andrew Shoemaker) with the new Peach Tree address/number. I think that could just be an oversight on Mr. Shoemaker's part. But I may be wrong.

I was just putting this out there for whoever to see. Not stating one way or the other anything about this company. As you know, I believe in Buyer Beware and in doing Due Diligence.

Replying to [jaredloo]:i completely agree at first it is very nice to think that it is possible to be able to buy this brand products wholesale, but the trhuth is tha i called apple and also nintendoand they dont do any exporting, this type of business is completely a monopoly of this big companies in order to maintain the prices always high...imagine if anyone could just buy an apple ipod at 100$ the market wouldnt maintain its high prices for 5 years in a row its a lie its not truth.....its better to buy copies from chinese gold suppleirs at least you will get them.....ist a very fairy tale but its not truth ....do not send money to anyone who claims to have a supplier because the truth is that the only way to get this products is with a maybe 25 or 30% off the retail price and only to sell it at your store because the distributors in every country have signed contracts with the central companies, and they distribute them themselves ( get it there is no margin for another person in this commercial chain it goes from the factory to the disttributor normally belonging directly or being a branch to the main factory, and then to the stores and already the store owner has to sell it to the price to earn only a small 20 or 30%)------ the ttrruth is that brand products is were you make the less money.and all money goes to the earnings of the main producers.....Look if you want to get in a good realistic business find a good chinese supplier of per example electronics import them and then go store to store and you can start your own small distributor company with new products that have not yet monopolized distributors, and get customers and sale sale and sale......believe me i also wanted to get rich with ipods, nintendos but the truth is you can make much more money this way.......i started doing this three years ago and now i import from China 7/8 containers each year of gasoline and diesel generators to many different countries and earn about 70 - 80 thousand euros every year and run all of it myself and i am very very happy....... and i also run an ebay shop in three countries and there i sell very different stuff including mp4, mp4, refurbished computers, yes i find from time to time per example a reliable supplier that can get me apple ipods at 215$ but i must buy 100 pieces to then sell them at 240$ in my ebay shop....that is just stupid you can never find a reliable good supplier of this kind because the only way is to open an account with the big company and per example APPLE and you must sign a contract that you will have to purchase at leas 500.000 $ every year worth of merchandise or they can even sue you, well you know what * them i will go and find new products and invent new markets products....there are many businessess yet to be discovered and created and there is nothing more beautriful than creating your own line brand and watching your buisneess grow every year

And I think they have a very onproffesional way of doing business. If you have transfered the money they will wait for other buyers and if they have enough money and orders they will order all the products in one time from their supplier.
But this way money of all the buyers are freeze.
I am one of the latest victims of Andrew Shoemaker. I transfered $4590 for 10 nintendo Wii and 5 N95. It has been 4 weeks and no products.
He's telling a lot of lies that the products are almost their but all are lies. Most of my money is there and I can't do business with other companies.
I am doing business for not so long. But I took the risk because he has a bank account on company name.
