As I understand it, the FBI will not investigate anything under $200,000 or $300,000. I can't remember the thresh hold but I know because I tried to report him earlier to them.

We need to report him to the local Sherrif's department. I did that a few weeks ago and they were investigating, but then I dropped the charges since I was back in contact with him and most of the info he gave me checked out lowering my suspicions. Well, needless to say, my suspicions are right back up again. I have an investigator who is familiar with the PSI case, and we could get back in contact with him about this. He didn't really think A. Shoemaker was committing a crime since there were no other complaints and his business checked out, and his home address too. But with more of us, I think we will have a stronger case.

I'd like to share any information I have about him and his company and the previous investigation with you, and would like to hear your experiences and gather your info as well that you have uncovered. Maybe together, and with the help of more people coming out and saying something, we will be able to get to the bottom of this deal, and either get our products, our money back, or see that, if he is a criminal, he is put in jail.

Yes, his business is legally registered in the State of Georgia but then it appears he is working as a broker, with no physical stock in his possesion. For myself based on everything that has been revealed I personally would do no business with this company.

Ive placed over 30K worth of orders with him for Nintendo WII.

I assume he is going to get units and EVENTUALLY take care of his customers. His leads times are not 12 days, they are more like a month+.

He doesnt take care of his customers after you send money. Will be very helpful before, but after dont expect him to pick up the phone and be realisitic with you after youve placed money.

I know who his source is. Hes paying $150-160 per nintendo wii in QTY over 500. Normally, I would feel bad about going around someone to get to their supplier. BUt he has not taken care of me and basically lots me lots of customers when all he had to do was pick up the phone and tell me ANYTHING. Even that the units would take longer than expected.

Hes a good guy, but he doesnt have a grasp of what he is doing right now on a customer service level. I will NEVER do business with him again.

Like I said, I know who his supplier is. They source n95, sorocco 8800, wii pal/usa and ipods.

Andrew, if you read this, you should take care of your customers and wish you the best of luck. And like I said, you would of had many MANY more orders from us if you would pick up your phone or give us the time of day when we want to do 100,000+ orders. I know im young, but I treated you as a professional and you should do the same for me. I also feel that I am within boundaries to go around you to your source with extended lead times and from word of mouth, some people have had $ out 120 days. Sure you made your money, but you screwed many many people over and do not realize the trouble you have caused dozens of people associated with your deals.

Replying to [Dustin Adam Jones]: I know his source as well but is not a name I just give away for free. Without GSS he wouldnt have even of had the source and like I say its a steep price to pay. He is nothing more than a broker that can only order when he has enough units to fulfill the MOQ. If you truely have his source your sitting on a gold mine that many would be willing to pay for or allow you to set up your own re-sellers business.

Replying to [Lancypoker]: Lancy, I verify companies in all parts of the world, however even though someone legally registers a company does not mean that they are legally running their business. There are ways to confirm the type of business they are doing legal or illegal, but that is more expensive. Which is the best way to complete due diligence when doing deals for large sums of money. Even though the above name company is legally registered in both Florida and Georgia, the business practices of the company are not what I personjally consider to be good practice. No matter who we buy from we only send payment to the company and not an individual that works for a company and surely not to a bank account of a company that we are not doing business with.
