scammed or used Product Stream International L.L.C. ?

Can anyone tell me if they have used Product Stream International L.L.C. or have been scammed? I saw a post on them earlier but he assures me he refunded and no other comments had been posted.
The contact is Andrew Shoemaker in GA the CEO. Payment is by TT to Tsuphri Holdings Inc.
Just want to hear if anyone else has had any success or failure with this company.

Replying to [Dustin Adam Jones]: The company is legally registered to do business in GA. However, I would never send a T/T payment to another company. Where is this other company suposed to be located? Better yet what is the SWIFT CODE? From the name of the company it sounds as though the T/T payment is going oversea's. I will do a search of the GA database of registered companies to see if it is registered there but as of yet of the six best known business search engine's I have not received a single hit on the company name.

thanks so much this will help alot of people as I have been in contact with many who want to purchase but do not want to proceed until we find out a little more. He is an agent/broker and doesnt have the merch on hand and doesnt want to fly and buy to give his source up but need upfront money to have shipped from supplier to his warehouse.
Gave me phone number, got his wife a few times, got all of the business papers, everything pans out (although i still know this doesnt mean it will go 100%) , if the bank isnt some bogus account, well then I would be willing at least to sacrafice a few hundred for a sample before I send 50,000

Replying to [Dustin Adam Jones]: Dustin, I found no corporation by the name of Tsphuri Holdings Inc. registered in the state of California. Im begining to wonder if the banking information you have is not actually for a person instead of a company. What i would do if I were you would be to call the institution. Tell them what you are doing and ask that they confirm that that account belongs to the company named and if so can they supply an address for the company so that you can verify the companies existence with the Better Business Bureau of California. They may or may not supply the info. However before I proceeded with this deal I would get back in touch with Product Stream to provide you with an address of this supposed company.

I am in a deal with him right now and it has been anything but pleasant. My money has been tied up with him for 5 weeks now and no product. He keeps giving excuses everytime. It's common to be forwarded to his voicemail. I filed a police report on him and they found that he is a legally registered business, and his home address is his home. So I don't think he's a fraudelent character but he definately has some terrible business practices. I will never do business again with him. Anyone know of some good consumer electronics suppliers?

Replying to [Lyle123]: Well Lyle IM really wondering who you really are now? Since that Toll Free Number of yours is no where near Georgia. Its also very funny how as a new member you have done so many deals with a company that has no website. If you know all the details of this company why is the company considered a foreign company? Actually by your self description I'd be real curious if you are not A. Shoemaker himself considering his home address is exactly the same distance from the company address as you stated you were from his business.
Now I think even less of this company since now they state that they are GSS certified. Which is nothing more than someone that paid a bunch of money to learn very little.
