Really it's just a question , but I feel i must say it : " Why don't most of the Companies or Manfacturers have a web site in their contact information ?
It's so important that every Company or Manfacturer has an e-mail at least to contact with him immediately .

Dear Alrdwa,
The question is good one and not the like you said wasting the time reading the topic.
Even I feel that all the information should be present in the contact information. It takes time to find a factory of your need through internet and if all the information is there , then we can learn abt the manufacturer and contact them with ease.
