Is Import Under-Invoicing legal in China ?

Can anybody from mainland China inform us whether it is illegal (according to China Law)to under invoice the imported (imported into China) goods?

If you are exporting,no problem.
If you are importing,be careful. Meanwhile,goverment can't check it out if you make only a little lower value.

i would say it is when it comes to clearing customs :), but if its only small load like one 20 feet, no one will notice. just stay within the law
