Dear Sir,
We are commercial Importer in Lahore& import various Items from
.
In January 2008 we make a deal for purchase of 3 container with (Mr. Martin Ye) as Sinosteel Shenzhen Company for stainless steel tube that worth total US Dollars 165,000/- & total quantity of 78MT (contract copies attached).
The agreement was made for partial payment & partial shipment. We start making payment from 30 Jan. when we complete payment for 1st container the contact person (Mr. Martin Ye) send us Original B/L, Packing List & Invoice (copy attached) for clearance & we get original B/L dated 1st March 2008 & we got clearance of goods. Meanwhile the partial payment were continued & on competition of 2nd container amount we get original documents B/L dated 14th April 2008 (copy attached) & also the same was received by us after clearance.
Now we have complete the payment for the 3rd container & just received non negotiable fax copy of B/L dated 10-06-2008 that named Foshan outstanding stainless steel co., Ltd where as we make purchase contract with Sinosteel Shenzhen Company. We pointed out the different name on B/L & purchase contract but Mr. Martin Ye said don’t worry it's our internal issue & you will get your goods. We had cleared all balance on 28-07-2008. But the company still not sends us the Original Document. When we check the status of the container from shipping line we were surprise to see that the Beneficiary of goods have changed & Chinese company sold the same one to other customer till that we are trying our best to contact with Mr. Martin Ye but he said that I cannot help you & also offer only 10000USD in repayment. And said forget your goods and 56,357 USD. You shouldcome to china, find me, charge me & meet in the court but after all you will have nothing.
Dear sir tells us what we should do we trusted that company & they cheat us. We believe that Pakistani & Chinese are good friends & business Partners. But in this case one Chinese company wants to destroy our faith on each others.
We request you to please contact with Mr. Martin Ye. He is responsible for all case & representing the Sinosteel Shenzhen Company & Foshan Outstanding Stainless steel Co., Ltd & make good our loss.

This is a trade dispute between you and the suppliers in China, I do not think local officials will help you out actively without receipt of your Case-report in Chinese in person. That's to say, you or your authorized REP has to go and report this case in details in Chinese to local officials in China if you want to seek local official help. Your case seems to be a bit comlicated as you have two suppliers from different two cities in China.
You're suggested to take some legal actions against them in China if local officials cannot help you too much! Please let me know any question related as we've got some money for several foreign companies in China so far!
