This is my question when I first started in Alibaba, I was lost and did not know which button to press and where to go for help.

You see the rows of buttons in horizontal line with Alibaba.com logo "Buy Now", "Sell Now" "My Alibaba" and Community and News. You have to click on "My Alibaba", that will bring you to new page to start your Alibaba website, since you are TRUST PASS member you have unlimited number of products to post.

Then you were asked to sign in your userid and password. After you sign in, the new page QUICK ACCESS  at the left vertical bar has the followings:

• Check New Messages
• Display New Products
• Batch Upload Products
• Post New Buying Leads
• Manage My Website
• Check Security Levels
• Subscribe to Trade Alert
• Join New Promotions
• Apply for Transfer Express
  

If you want quick upload of your existing website into Alibaba, I suggest you click the new feature, "Apply for Transfer Express".  This will take you to a page which asks for your URL address or email your catalog in Word orr Excel format. This is one quick way to upload your pictures, products and lots of things that you may have to take a long time to key in.


The transfer of files will take a few days, and meanwhile, you can upload your product, click on "Display New Products". Then do your writings and pictures, keywords and description. You will find below some tips well written by Alibaba on how to do it effectively.
